Grants Program
Let’s RESET for a sustainable and resilient Eastern and Southern Caribbean
The RESET Grant Program is designed to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), civil society organizations (non-governmental and community-based organizations), associations or cooperatives and private research institutes across 11 beneficiary countries in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean (ESC) region.
Main Objective of the Grants Program
To support MSMEs, civil society organizations, cooperatives, associations and private research institutes increase investments in climate smart technologies, approaches and/or business practices that will lead to a stronger blue-green economy characterized by inclusive and resilient growth as well as sustainable jobs.
Activities implemented under the RESET Grants Program are expected to contribute to:
- Economic development and growth
- Capacity building and institutional strengthening
- Shock responsive social protection
- Blue and green investment and growth or contributing to the growth and development of the blue and green economies in the ESC
RESET’s Annual Program Statement Launch
As of December 4th, RESET is accepting concept papers for activities to be funded under its Grants Program. The focus is on MSMEs Advancing Climate- and Disaster- Smart Technologies, Blue and Green Economic Growth, and Blended Finance Initiatives.
Activities are estimated to occur between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026. This is the first call for submissions; there will be future opportunities to submit concept papers and proposals. The Grants Program supports activities and programs that complement existing RESET activities and help achieve the project’s mission.
Grant Eligibility
All proposed activities under the RESET Grants Program must occur exclusively in one or more of the 11 ESC countries: Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Grant activities are expected to be no longer than 12 months in duration.
